Terrorism

Terrorism, what good has it ever done? None. It causes a major inconvenience for everybody involved. For example, the al Qeada flew planes into the World Trade Centers and in return we invaded their country causing a major inconvenience for the soldiers that are now serving in Afghanistan and for the innocent people in the country. Terrorism kills hundreds even thousands of people and nothing is ever settled because of it. Osama bin Laden, once the leader of the al Qaeda terrorist group has been an enemy of the United States for a long time. He has recently been killed, but he has been responsible for many terrorist attacks against America.  The U.S.S. Cole was a US destroyers sailing at sea and suicide bombers rode up alongside the destroyer and detonated themselves. The United States decided to investigate the attack, but nothing has been done in return. Bin Laden was also responsible for the attacks on September 11 in 2001. In return for the devastating attack, America invaded Afghanistan and later Iraq. Nothing has been settled by the invasion of these countries, but it has managed to put America into serious debt and economic decline. The World Trade Centers have been a target for terrorism for a long time. In 1993 almost 10 years before al Qaeda struck, a Islamic extremists detonated bombs inside the world trade center injuring thousands. The attackers were captured and sentenced to prison, but there were no real consequences and there was no solution. Their attack did not solve anything, all terrorism does is hurt innocent people. In many other countries they fight terrorism every day and have been fighting for many years. Will there ever be a time when people realize terrorism does not work?
